Simply change the values of the note or transpose column. You can see the note offset at the bottom of the table view
Go to the table of your instrument, place a PSL command on the first step of the FX1 column and adjust the slide time to add portamento. To add vibrato, you place a PVB command on another row of a different FX column and adjust its speed and/or depth. To make the virabto more noticeable, you may need to adjust the hold amount in the instrument envelopeĀ
If you have, for example, a kick in track 1 and a bass that you want to duck in track 2, go to the table of the kick. In the table view, place a VT2 command in all rows of FX1 column and interpolate the value of the volume across the entire FX1 column. Assuming that the table tic is 1 and it's just a four on the floor beat, you should hear the bass ducking with the kick.
Go to the table of the instrument and place the command you want to increase over time to create the rising effect in the first step of the FX column. Then, just below, add a REP command and adjust its value. Inserting a KIL at the bottom of the table will stop the REP. You could for example, add a TBR and COL commands, set to 0 on the first row, and add the REP command below to make the values of those parameters increase over time
